A. Information You Provide to Us

Account and Profile Information: When you establish a support account through our Services, we collect personal information such as your full name, mailing address, email address, and telephone number. Upon initial login, you must provide an email address to register your account and create a password. Alternatively, you may opt to log in via third-party authentication methods, including Google Account, Apple Account, or Facebook Account, which collect limited device information to facilitate secure access without additional authentication steps. If you choose not to provide this information, you may access the Services in "Try Now" mode, though certain features will be unavailable.
Other Submissions: We collect additional information you voluntarily submit, including requests for customer support, subscription to mailing lists, or communications sent to us via email or social media platforms.

B. Information Collected Through Your Use of Our Services

Web Logs and Analytics Information: We automatically record and store certain data in log files when you interact with the Services. This may include your Internet Protocol (IP) address, referring/exit page URLs, search queries, locale settings, and mobile device type. We, along with our third-party analytics providers, also gather analytics data to enhance the functionality and performance of the Services.
Device Information: Interactions with our products trigger the automatic collection of device-specific data, including the device’s Media Access Control (MAC) address, IP address, wireless connection details, operating system type and version, application version number, push notification identifiers, log files, and mobile network information.
Location Information: For devices running Android 6.0 or later, access to local hardware identifiers via WiFi and Bluetooth requires location permissions due to Android’s privacy enhancements. We collect location data to enable features such as triggering lights based on sunrise/sunset times or your arrival/departure from home. This information remains stored on your device and within the Halo Lights system. Without location data, features reliant on your presence (e.g., "come home" or "leave home" programs) will not function.

Third-Party Services: We may receive information, including personal data, from third-party partners or service providers, which we may combine with data collected directly from you.

We utilize the collected information for the following purposes:

To provide, operate, maintain, enhance, personalize, and promote the Services.

To facilitate your access to and use of the Services.
To communicate with you, including responding to inquiries, providing customer support, delivering technical notices, updates, security alerts, administrative messages, and, where permitted, marketing or promotional content about our Services or those of select partners.
